Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wanderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Walter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes to the cage accompanied by Usher - More . Martin Walter told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Wanderson Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Martin Walter!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walter scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Walter misses with a low kick.
Walter looks to land a combination. Silva sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Walter throws a nice looking combination but Silva bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A combination from Walter does no damage.
Left hook, right uppercut from Walter.
Walter fails to land with a series of punches.
Walter misses with a looping right.
Silva closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Walter's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva wants to control from the top but Walter keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva drops back looking for a leg! Walter is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Walter manages to kick Silva off! Silva jumps back into Walter's guard.
Walter wants to stand and escape but Silva is having none of it.
Walter is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Silva drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Walter manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Silva has Walter in his guard.
Silva looking for a guillotine here but Walter defends easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.

Silva is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Walter tries to stand but Silva is controlling from the bottom.

Walter would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Walter is sitting in close to Silva's body. Silva has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Walter is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Walter is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Silva.
