Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stanley Montourski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miyamoto Usagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stanley Montourski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 15 - 0, fighting out of New York, Miyamoto Usagi! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, John Kavanagh and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Usagi walks into a straight right hand from Montourski.
It looks like Miyamoto Usagi has been cut. Usagi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Montourski swivels and escapes. Montourski misses with a body shot
and Usagi decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Montourski's guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Usagi wants to control from the top but Montourski keeps moving. Montourski is trying to control the position but Usagi postures up. Usagi drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Montourski dives on top into guard. Montourski won't allow Usagi to sweep him here. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Montourski wants to pass the guard but Usagi is keeping the position. Montourski wants to stand but Usagi is controlling his posture from full guard. Montourski trying to control the position from guard on top but Usagi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Montourski has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Montourski stopping the sweep attempt from Usagi.
Stanley Montourski has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Usagi defending well as Montourski loads up on a big left hand. No luck with that takedown attempt from Usagi. Usagi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Montourski manages to avoid it. Usagi uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Montourski. Usagi throws a hook but Montourski avoids it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Usagi missing with a left hand there. Montourski was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Montourski throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Usagi on the side of the head. Montourski misses with a wild combination.

and Usagi decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Montourski's guard. Usagi tries to free his leg and advance position but Montourski is retaining full guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Usagi is looking to work some ground and pound but Montourski has wrist control. Usagi wants to control from the top but Montourski keeps moving. Montourski is trying to keep Usagi in close.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Usagi looking to sit in guard and control but Montourski gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Montourski trying to control the position from guard on top but Usagi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Usagi throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Montourski loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Montourski trying to control but Usagi is working from the bottom. Montourski forces his way into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Usagi has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Montourski is working away from the top position though. Usagi keeping hold of Montourski's head, controlling as best he can. Let's hope that Usagi has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Montourski thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Montourski wants to stand up but Usagi has a hold of him and won't allow it. Usagi trying to control from the bottom.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Miyamoto Usagi hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Usagi swinging wildly here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Miyamoto Usagi will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Miyamoto Usagi's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Usagi looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Montourski is fending him off so far but Usagi persists. Nope, Montourski circles away and we're back to standing. Montourski keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Usagi doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Usagi tries to bum rush Montourski with a series of wild strikes but Montourski uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Usagi staying out of range there. Nice body punch from Montourski. Montourski pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Montourski ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Usagi moves away. Montourski dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Montourski stuffs the takedown. Montourski missing with a left hand there. Usagi was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Montourski cracks Usagi with an open hand slap. Usagi throws a leg kick but Montourski sees it coming and checks it nicely. Stanley Montourski is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Montourski uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Usagi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Montourski throws out the jab. Usagi jabbing away but nothing is landing. Usagi closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Usagi tries for a kimura but Montourski is defending well. Usagi is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Montourski is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Usagi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Usagi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Usagi goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Montourski rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Usagi's guard! Nice work there by Montourski! Montourski is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Montourski is working Usagi over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Usagi working for submissions but it's allowed Montourski to get to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Usagi is staying active underneath Montourski, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Usagi trying to hold on to Montourski's head to control him but Montourski postures up.
Usagi wants to improve his position but Montourski is controlling well.
Montourski wants to lay and pray for a moment but Usagi keeps working. Montourski is figuring out what he wants to do next. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Stanley Montourski wasn't doing enough on the ground. Usagi slips a jab and a cross from Montourski.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Montourski throws a nice looking combination but Usagi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Usagi will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Stanley Montourski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miyamoto Usagi. Usagi bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Montourski swinging wildly here.
Montourski defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Usagi. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Usagi closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stanley Montourski dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Miyamoto Usagi's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Montourski throws a hook to the side of Usagi's head but Usagi sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Good work by Usagi as he checks the leg kick. Montourski circles away from the clinch attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Usagi is defended easily by Montourski. A shot to the body from Usagi misses and Montourski counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Usagi misses the jab. Usagi slips under a jab. Good exchange - Montourski coming out on top. Montourski throws a body punch but Usagi moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice takedown defense from Montourski. No joy for Usagi on that attempt. Stanley Montourski is winning the standup battle so far. Montourski throws a leg kick but Usagi moved away. A looping hook to the body misses from Usagi. Montourski does a little dance to reset his feet. Montourski cracks Usagi with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Montourski uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Usagi.
Usagi moves out of range of the strikes. Nice shot by Montourski. Usagi tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Montourski paws at him with a jab and circles away. Usagi throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Usagi walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Montourski checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Montourski throws a shot from downtown. Usagi moves away and avoids it. A slow jab from Usagi misses its intended target. Usagi is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Montourski rather than just go for the knockout. Usagi walks into a straight right hand from Montourski. Usagi slips a jab from Montourski. Montourski just misses with a punch to the body.
Montourski motions for Usagi to come forward. Montourski throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Montourski just misses with a punch to the body.

Montourski connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Usagi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Montourski throws out the jab. Nice defenses there by Usagi. Nice uppercut there from Montourski. Montourski fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Usagi manages to avoid it. Montourski throws the left hand but Usagi avoids the punch easily. Montourski swings and misses with a hook to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Montourski swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Usagi looks to land a combination but Montourski avoids it well. Usagi throws a hook but Montourski blocks it. Montourski catches Usagi with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Montourski throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Usagi slips under a jab. Usagi drops his hands momentarily and Montourski takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Montourski misses with a hook. Usagi ducked under it nicely. Usagi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Montourski's waist but Montourski gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Usagi off to one side.
And that's the end of the fight! Stanley Montourski showed his dominance in that final round. I think Montourski has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
