Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jt Colossus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nicolai Romanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Romanov's choice of entrance music: The Party. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romanov throws an overhand right that lands on Colossus's shoulder, as Colossus tries to avoid the shot.
Romanov thows a body shot but no joy.
Romanov jabs Colossus right on the nose. Colossus blinks but takes it well.
A punch lands to the side of Romanov 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Romanov slips a straight right by Colossus.

Colossus with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Romanov to score with a decent uppercut.

Romanov shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Colossus is trying to defend but Romanov finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Romanov wants to hit a switch here but Colossus passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Romanov there!
Romanov tries to reverse the position but Colossus maintains control.

Romanov is squirming around, avoiding Colossus's attempts to control the action.
Romanov wants to hold on but Colossus pushes him away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fighters circling - Colossus throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Romanov pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Colossus back to the cage. Romanov follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Romanov shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Romanov thows a huge punch but Colossus dodges it nicely.
Colossus is trying to maintain the position but Romanov is very close to passing his half guard.

Romanov slips a nice elbow through Colossus's hands, connecting with Colossus's forehead.
Romanov is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Romanov uses his free foot to push down on Colossus's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Colossus.
Romanov is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Nicolai Romanov has got the better of the ground game so far.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Romanov lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Romanov unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Colossus wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Romanov celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
