Mason tries for a takedown but Meyer sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Mason moves into the clinch.
Meyer has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Mason keeps control of Meyer as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Meyer wants to break free but Mason has control.

Mason manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mason wants to improve his position but instead Meyer has moved into half guard.
Meyer frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
