Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Macius Kierzkowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samppa Palmu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Macius Kierzkowski had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 187.9lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Viktor Lagutenko and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kierzkowski avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Palmu darts in and clinches Kierzkowski up against the ropes.
Kierzkowski jumps guard and drags Palmu to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Palmu with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Palmu really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kierzkowski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Samppa Palmu has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Palmu shoots for a takedown but Kierzkowski saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kierzkowski looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Kierzkowski throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Palmu's waist but Palmu gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kierzkowski off to one side.
Palmu fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kierzkowski sprawls well initially but Palmu persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

I would just about give that final round to Samppa Palmu.
