Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Chodor Eriemilyanenko!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eriemilyanenko dives in and grabs Gotty's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gotty pushes down on Eriemilyanenko's head and hops out.
Gotty has his takedown stuffed
so Eriemilyanenko counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Gotty wants to sweep but no luck.
Eriemilyanenko throwing strikes but missing.
Gotty wants to stand up but Eriemilyanenko is controlling him.

Eriemilyanenko has gone for a leg lock! Gotty slips out almost immediately though and dives into Eriemilyanenko's guard.
Eriemilyanenko is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Gotty is aware though and is defending well.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Gotty throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Eriemilyanenko works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Eriemilyanenko working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gotty doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gotty manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Gotty will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Gotty postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
It looks like Chodor Eriemilyanenko has been cut.
Gotty working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Eriemilyanenko's head.

Gotty cracks Eriemilyanenko with a solid left hand.
Gotty is working Eriemilyanenko over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
That has opened up Chodor Eriemilyanenko's cut even more.
Eriemilyanenko wants to sweep here but Gotty controlling him for the moment.

The cut above Chodor Eriemilyanenko's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Gotty arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Eriemilyanenko's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Giliath Gotty!
Giliath Gotty decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
