Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lauritz Jensen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 29 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Johny Blaze!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Seu Braga and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jensen on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Jensen blocks a low kick nicely.
Blaze throws a head kick that half lands.
Jensen avoids the head kick by Blaze.
Blaze throws a half hearted mid kick.
Blaze misses with a head kick.
Jensen on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Blaze throws a head kick but Jensen moves out of range.
Blaze tries a head kick but it misses.
Blaze lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Blaze jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Blaze pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Blaze throws out a leg kick but Jensen moves out of range and Blaze only half commits.
Blaze misses with a double jab.
Blaze throws a sloppy head kick and Jensen moves out of range easily.
Blaze paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jensen takes a kick to the side of the head.
Jensen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Blaze gets tackled into the cage by Jensen. Jensen maintains the clinch.
Blaze tries a knee to the head but Jensen blocks it.
Jensen lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Blaze backwards.
With the fighters up against the cage, Blaze throws an elbow but misses.
Jensen jumps guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Blaze wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Jensen's closed guard. He's half up but Jensen has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Jensen pivots and extends the arm, Blaze falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Jensen! Well done that man!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Lauritz Jensen!
