Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Carthew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Budoy Drilon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carthew comes to the cage accompanied by Straight out of Compton. Budoy Drilon will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carthew shoots for a takedown but Drilon saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Carthew misses with a wild body shot.
Drilon drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Carthew has momentary wrist control but Drilon slips an elbow through the middle.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Drilon accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Drilon lands a couple of digs.
Drilon with a nice head shot there.
Drilon trying to control but Carthew is working from the bottom.
Drilon throwing strikes from guard but Carthew blocks nicely.
Carthew looking to hit a scissor sweep but Drilon is one step ahead there.
Carthew avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Drilon must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Drilon pushes down on Carthew's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Drilon working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Carthew might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Drilon wants to control from the top but Carthew keeps moving.
Carthew seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Carthew utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Drilon throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Carthew works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Drilon throwing strikes from guard but Carthew blocks nicely.
Drilon throws a strike but Carthew rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Drilon isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Carthew stacks Drilon on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Carthew!
Drilon looks gassed!

Carthew grinds an elbow into Drilon's temple.

Drilon looks to move to half guard but instead Carthew has passed into mount! Damn!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Drilon can do anything to dispel that myth.

Carthew is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Drilon is forced to tap! Great finish!
