Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Hand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mickey Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hand comes to the cage accompanied by Ladies and Gentlemen. Davis has chosen Deftones - Beware as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Davis throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Hand escapes and throws Davis's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Davis breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

That was a close second round but I would say that Dan Hand will probably get the nod.

Davis is rocked!
Hand throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Davis's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Hand dives in looking to finish as Davis flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Hand's strikes! Hand is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Davis's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Davis was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
