Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Conrad Poohs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Strudwick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Poohs comes to the cage accompanied by dancing teeth. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Conrad Poohs! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Strudwick! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Daniel Bishop and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Poohs is looking to land body kicks. Poohs looks to score with a jab to the body but Strudwick is just out of range. Poohs lands a glancing blow to the side of Strudwick's head.
It looks like Daniel Strudwick has been cut. Poohs throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Strudwick sees it coming and avoids it easily. Strudwick keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Strudwick tries to score a power double leg takedown but Poohs sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Strudwick somewhat. A low kick from Poohs misses and Strudwick counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Poohs is lucky that one didn't land flush. Strudwick shoots for a double leg takedown but Poohs sprawls well. He's pushed Strudwick's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Strudwick manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Poohs on his heels. He'll look to pass Poohs's guard now, I'm sure. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Strudwick wanted to stand there but Poohs had control of the position. Poohs is trying to keep Strudwick in close.
Poohs wants to sweep here but Strudwick controlling him for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Poohs has his foot on Strudwick's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Strudwick works his way back into a safe position though. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Poohs is on top in guard.
Poohs trying to control but Strudwick is working from the bottom. Poohs seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Strudwick kicks Poohs off and gets to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Poohs defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Strudwick. Conrad Poohs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Strudwick. Poohs blocks a head kick by Strudwick.
Poohs throws a lazy right hand but Strudwick sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Strudwick keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Poohs. Poohs avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Strudwick closes the distance looking to clinch and Poohs counters with a solid body kick. Strudwick looks gassed! Poohs connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. A bone on bone clash there as Strudwick blocks the leg kick.
Poohs feints and as Strudwick raises his hands in defense, Poohs changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Poohsis looking to pass into half guard but Strudwick pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Strudwick is in guard. Poohs on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Poohs tries to get out of the position. Strudwick wants to get up but he can't break Poohs's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Strudwick got a little sloppy there for a moment and Poohs has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Strudwick has managed to get both his arms back between Poohs's legs - danger averted. Poohs is looking for a triangle but Strudwick pushes his legs off easily.
Poohs is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Poohs knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Strudwick on the ground. Strudwick trying to control but Poohs is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Strudwick won't allow Poohs to sweep him here. Poohs is working hard here to advance position. Poohs has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Strudwick can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Strudwick throws a strike but Poohs rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Conrad Poohs dominated that round. The cut man is working on Daniel Strudwick's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
No luck for Strudwick with that takedown attempt. Strudwick feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Strudwick wants to control from the top but Poohs keeps moving. Poohs looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Strudwick slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Poohs manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
That's one minute gone in the round. Poohs is looking to take a break and control but Strudwick is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Poohs lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Poohs sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Strudwick defending well though. Strudwick tries to kick Poohs off but Poohs keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Strudwick is breathing heavily. Poohs working Strudwick over with strikes. Strudwick is looking to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Poohs missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Conrad Poohs overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Poohs throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Poohs tries to pass the half guard into mount. Strudwick knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Poohs slips a nice elbow through Strudwick's hands, connecting with Strudwick's forehead. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Poohs seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Poohs takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The cut above Daniel Strudwick's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Poohs is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Strudwick is just riding it out for now. Poohs eventually gives up the hold. Poohs throwing shots but Strudwick is blocking nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Poohs stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Strudwick takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Poohs sizes up Strudwick with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Poohs shoots in and gets a takedown into Strudwick's guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Poohs working some strikes from top position. Strudwick keeping full guard, as Poohs tries to pass. Strudwick looking to hit a scissor sweep but Poohs is one step ahead there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Conrad Poohs dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Daniel Strudwick's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Poohs. Strudwick wants to control but Poohs postures up. Strudwick is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Poohs asserts his dominance and retains side control. Poohs in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Daniel Strudwick's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Daniel Strudwick's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
