Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Erik Bam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Greatest Fighter Ever (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Erik Bam!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, The Greatest Fighter Ever!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter Ever tries to clinch there but Bam circles away.

Fighter Ever gets tackled into the cage by Bam. Bam maintains the clinch.
Fighter Ever tries to pull guard but Bam won't allow it.
Fighter Ever tries to pull guard but Bam holds him up against the cage and eventually Fighter Ever drops back down to his feet.
Fighter Ever has had enough of the clinch but Bam keeps him there for the moment.
Fighter Ever tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Erik Bam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Greatest Fighter Ever.
Fighter Ever changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bam fights it off and pushes away nicely.
No luck for Bam with that takedown attempt.
Bam displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Fighter Ever.
Fighter Ever fails with the takedown.

Bam clinches up with Fighter Ever and pushes him back against the cage.

Bam gets control of Fighter Ever's arms and successfully pulls guard. Bam will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Fighter Ever gets to his feet. Bam looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Fighter Ever looks to land a left hand but Bam moved out of range nicely.

Bam clinches.
Fighter Ever tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Fighter Ever looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Fighter Ever.
Bam blocking some punches.

Bam jumps guard and drags Fighter Ever to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Fighter Ever trying to control but Bam is working from the bottom.
Bam is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Fighter Ever is looking to work some ground and pound but Bam has wrist control.
Bam is pulling down on Fighter Ever's head to control his posture.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Fighter Ever shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Fighter Ever defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bam.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fighter Ever tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bam sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Fighter Ever somewhat.
A head kick misses from Fighter Ever.
Fighter Ever looks gassed!

Fighter Ever displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bam.
Bam tries to score a power double leg takedown but Fighter Ever sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bam somewhat.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fighter Ever.
Fighter Ever tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bam manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Bam drives through and clinches with Fighter Ever against the cage.
Bam tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Fighter Ever just stands there and leans against the cage.

Bam's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Fighter Ever closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bam to the mat! Bam manages to get full guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bam is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Bam holds on and takes a little breather.

We're going to have a standup here because Erik Bam wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Bam tries to close the distance and clinch but Fighter Ever swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Fighter Ever throws a body kick that misses.
Bam shoots for a takedown but Fighter Ever saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Erik Bam will probably get the nod.

Fighter Ever can't get the takedown.
Bam tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Fighter Ever smiles and moves away.

Fighter Ever shoots in looking for a takedown. Bam tries to sprawl out of it but Fighter Ever keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bam manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Erik Bam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Greatest Fighter Ever.
Fighter Ever rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bam moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Fighter Ever moves in looking to clinch but Bam pushes him off.
Fighter Ever fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bam avoids it really well and circles away.
Fighter Ever misses with a takedown attempt - Bam sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Fighter Ever is breathing heavily.
Bam shoots in but no luck this time.
Bam fails to land the takedown.

Fighter Ever keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Fighter Ever throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bam's waist but Bam gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fighter Ever off to one side.
Fighter Ever stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fighter Ever wants it to stay on the feet.

The Greatest Fighter Ever seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Bam shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fighter Ever as he avoids it easily.
Bam displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Fighter Ever.
Bam fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bam.

Bam tries to keep at a distance but Fighter Ever has taken the fight into the clinch.
Fighter Ever is pressed up against the cage. Bam has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Fighter Ever down to the mat. Fighter Ever avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Fighter Ever gets a takedown into half guard.
Bam wants to improve his position but Fighter Ever is controlling well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but The Greatest Fighter Ever will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Bam fails with the takedown.
Fighter Ever doesn't manage to clinch there - Bam circles away.
Some wild striking there from Bam.
Fighter Ever swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bam is trying hard to land a takedown here. Fighter Ever sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Bam shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fighter Ever but Fighter Ever pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Erik Bam. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bam is defended easily by Fighter Ever.

Bam misses with a head kick.
Fighter Ever throws a low kick but Bam avoids it.

Fighter Ever's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Bam enables Fighter Ever to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bam manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fighter Ever trying to control the position from guard on top but Bam is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Fighter Ever stands and steps away. Bam gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Fighter Ever drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bam is looking to reverse the position.

Fighter Ever working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Fighter Ever in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.

Bam is trying to improve his position.
Fighter Ever is looking to take a break and control but Bam is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bam pushes Fighter Ever away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Fighter Ever gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
You can see the frustration on Bam's face as Fighter Ever controls the position.
Fighter Ever works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Bam looking for a sweep but Fighter Ever has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Fighter Ever controlling the pace for now.
Fighter Ever connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Bam is trying to reverse the position but instead Fighter Ever has taken his back - oops!

And that's the end of the fight!
The Greatest Fighter Ever comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Fighter Ever has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
