Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bullet Bookem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bear Grylls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bookem comes to the cage accompanied by Solitaire Unraveling. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bookem buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Grylls fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bookem avoids it really well and circles away.
Bookem listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Grylls gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Bookem counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Bookem throws a quick inside leg kick.
Bookem digs a good body shot into Grylls's ribs.
Grylls tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bookem sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Grylls somewhat.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bookem connects with a nice short shot to Grylls's temple.
Bookem looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Grylls with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bookem in particular looking to stall.
