Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Mendez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hammer's entrance music is Nine Inch Nails - Wish. A fine choice. Jack Hammer could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tony Mendez's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Hammer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
23 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Mendez! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mendez ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hammer moves away. Hammer misses with a low kick. Hammer misses with a low kick. Hammer throws a low kick but Mendez moves out of range easily. Hammer scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Mendez fails with the takedown. Mendez slips under a jab. Hammer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mendez stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hammer scores a takedown into full mount! Mendez working to try and regain half guard.
Hammer can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mendez is looking to escape. Hammer is really struggling to control Mendez but he's trying to hold on to the position. Hammer scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Hammer landing strikes from the mount and Mendez is in trouble! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mendez is desperately trying to improve his position but Hammer has a good base and remains in mount. Hammer breaks from Mendez's wrist control and lands an elbow. Mendez is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. Mendez is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hammer postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Mendez looks a forlorn figure.
Mendez is in all sorts of trouble here.
Hammer lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Mendez tries to reverse the position but Hammer maintains control. Mendez takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Hammer's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jack Hammer! In his post fight interview, Jack Hammer gave a big smile as he said 'I want to thank all the fans for their support throughout my career. This has been my last fight, and I will be hanging up the gloves from here.
