The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borges showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gardener.
Borges fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gardener avoids it really well and circles away.

Oh Borges is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Borges misses with a body shot.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Borges crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Gardener - the referee stops the clock and Borges gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Gardener. Borges manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Borges is breathing heavily.
