Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pauly Dee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Chang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pauly Dee has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pauly Dee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Damien Chang!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Steve Erwin and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dee misses with a jab, cross combination.
Chang looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Dee misses with an uppercut.
Dee thuds a left hand into Chang's body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Dee. Chang does a little dance to reset his feet.
Chang bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Dee cracks Chang with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
A jab from Dee does it's job there.
Dee throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The fighters circling - Chang throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Dee misses with a wild body shot.
Chang wants to clinch.
Chang looks for a takedown but Dee sprawls well.
Dee shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Chang manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Chang wants to get back to his feet but Dee passes into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dee takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Well, if Dee is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Dee lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Chang taking some punishment here, with Dee in his half guard.
Dee has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Dee seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Chang is in trouble now - Dee has advanced to mount!
Dee lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Chang hang on?

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Chang is rocked!

Dee postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Chang badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Dee around the waist but Dee pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Dee is the winner by TKO! Dee jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pauly Dee!
