Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marduk Mendor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ari Velazquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Mendor might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bring it on. Velazquez is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Since the Flood-. Ari Velazquez will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velazquez throws a shot from downtown. Mendor moves away and avoids it.
Velazquez fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mendor looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Mendor on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Velazquez blocks a head kick by Mendor.
Ari Velazquez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Velazquez lands the left hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

It looks like Marduk Mendor has been cut.
Velazquez scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Mendor looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Velazquez bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
A punch lands to the side of Mendor 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Mendor is rocked!
Velazquez ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Mendor out cold! The fight is over!
