Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Nickolas Sanchez!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overeem tries to clinch there but Sanchez circles away.

Overeem's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sanchez connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Overeem scrambles back to his feet.
Overeem tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sanchez paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Cees Overeem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fight stays on the outside here - Overeem looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Sanchez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Overeem moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sanchez looks to throw the jab but Overeem is out of range.

Overeem drives through and clinches with Sanchez against the cage.

Overeem lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

It looks like Nickolas Sanchez has been cut.
Overeem lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Sanchez backwards.

A fake to the body and Overeem gets the Thai clinch. He wastes no time and tries to connect with knees to the head. This is dangerous for Sanchez! He should get out! Another devastating knee and Sanchez falls head first to the ground. It's all over!
