Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jory Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Busy Signal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jory Diaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Busy Signal! The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Signal fails to land the takedown. Some wild striking there from Diaz.
Diaz lands with a shot to the body. Signal looks for a takedown but Diaz sprawls well. Diaz lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Signal shoots for a takedown but Diaz saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Jory Diaz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Busy Signal. Signal has a takedown stuffed. Diaz lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Signal backs up against the cage.
Diaz throws a body punch but Signal moves out of range. Signal takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Diaz moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diaz misses with a double jab.
Diaz throws out a powerful jab. Signal stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Signal closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Diaz quickly recovers to half guard. Signal stalling. Diaz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Signal on the ground. Signal is working for a submission of some sort.
Signal takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Signal is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Signal keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Signal works his way into full mount! Signal tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Signal looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Signal throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Diaz has his hands clasped together but Signal breaks the hold and Diaz is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Signal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Busy Signal! Busy Signal bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
