Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Lincoln (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Calvin Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brian Lincoln!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Calvin Fisher!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shigeki Sano and Taro Takaoka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lincoln keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Fisher rushes Lincoln and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Lincoln struggles to land a body shot inside as Fisher controls his hands.

Lincoln has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Fisher regains guard immediately.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Fisher wants to hit a switch here but Lincoln passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Fisher there!
Lincoln tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Lincoln avoids the attempt from Fisher to control.
Lincoln controlling his opponent.
Fisher is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Lincoln takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Lincoln has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

We're going to have a standup here because Brian Lincoln wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Fisher moves into range and clinches up with Lincoln.

Lincoln stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fisher swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Lincoln stands and steps away. Fisher gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Lincoln could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Fisher shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Lincoln defends it nicely.

Lincoln wants to pass the guard but Fisher is defending well.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Brian Lincoln just wasn't active enough.
Fisher has his takedown stuffed

so Lincoln counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Brian Lincoln has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Calvin Fisher.

Fisher closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Lincoln seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Lincoln uses his free foot to push down on Fisher's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Fisher.

Lincoln's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Fisher is looking to improve his position but Lincoln isn't that keen on the idea.

Fisher is bucking up trying to escape but Lincoln cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Lincoln tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Lincoln seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Fisher for as long as he can get away with.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lincoln lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Fisher is trying to escape the mount.
Lincoln lands a nice shot to the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Brian Lincoln dominated that second round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!


Lincoln shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fisher defends it nicely.
Fisher looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lincoln is fending him off so far but Fisher persists. Nope, Lincoln circles away and we're back to standing.

Fisher drives through and clinches with Lincoln against the cage.

Fisher escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Fisher misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Lincoln shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Fisher manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lincoln not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Brian Lincoln wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Fisher just misses with a punch to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lincoln looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Lincoln shoots in looking for a takedown. Fisher tries to sprawl out of it but Lincoln keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fisher manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brian Lincoln. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Fisher tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lincoln swivels and escapes.
Fisher takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Fisher dives in and grabs Lincoln's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lincoln pushes down on Fisher's head and hops out.

Lincoln drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Lincoln sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Fisher's guard.
Lincoln is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Fisher can do to turn this around?

Fisher wants to get back to full guard.
Fisher has a hand on Lincoln's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Lincoln takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Calvin Fisher has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Lincoln, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
