Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Severi Turpaansaaja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dell Trotter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turpaansaaja comes into the arena with Bulls On Parade blaring out of the sound system. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turpaansaaja misses with a low kick as Trotter jumps back.

Trotter tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Turpaansaaja's elbow.

No joy there for Turpaansaaja, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Trotter throws a lazy right hand but Turpaansaaja sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Trotter ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Turpaansaaja moves away.
Trotter keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Trotter rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Turpaansaaja moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Turpaansaaja swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Trotter moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Trotter throws an overhand right that lands on Turpaansaaja's shoulder, as Turpaansaaja tries to avoid the shot.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Turpaansaaja takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Trotter might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Turpaansaaja throws a nice looking combination but Trotter bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Trotter is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Turpaansaaja moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
