Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, That Guy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Robert Sethliko!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy misses with a takedown
and Sethliko counters with a one-two to the body.
Guy moves into the clinch.
Guy fails to pull guard.
Sethliko holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Guy is looking to control Sethliko's arms but Sethliko gets an underhook and turns him. Now Guy has his back to the cage.
Guy tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for That Guy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sethliko jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Guy walks away with a smile on his face. Sethliko gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Guy decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Sethliko's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Sethliko is trying to control the position but Guy postures up.
Guy wants to get up but he can't break Sethliko's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Guy pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Sethliko is keeping the position for now.

Guy trying to stand up but can't free himself from Sethliko's guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up because That Guy just wasn't active enough.
Sethliko swats away the attempt to clinch by Guy.

Sethliko tries for a takedown but Guy sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Guy changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sethliko tries to avoid it but Guy manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sethliko to the ground. Sethliko escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Guy closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Guy lands in his opponent's guard.
Guy could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Guy accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Guy is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of That Guy.
Sethliko gets caught flat footed, as Guy shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Guy decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Sethliko, up you get!

Sethliko rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Guy moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Guy fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Sethliko defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Guy.
Guy is breathing heavily.
Guy dives in and grabs Sethliko's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sethliko pushes down on Guy's head and hops out.
Guy shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sethliko pinned against the cage. Sethliko gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Sethliko slaps away a takedown attempt from Guy, before circling back to the center of the mat.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Guy stuffs the takedown attempt from Sethliko. Sethliko gets slowly back to his feet.
Guy fails with the takedown
and Sethliko counters with a big head kick but Guy shrugs it off.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Sethliko rushes Guy and presses him up against the cage.
Sethliko gets control of Guy's arms and successfully pulls guard. Sethliko will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Sethliko utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Guy thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Sethliko not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Guy postures up in Sethliko's guard and throws a big left but Sethliko blocks it.

Guy drops back looking for a leg! Sethliko is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sethliko manages to kick Guy off! Guy jumps back into Sethliko's guard.

Guy wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Sethliko has him pressed against the cage.
Sethliko breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sethliko gets caught napping as Guy dives in and scores a takedown. Sethliko manages to retain guard.

Guy wants to pass the guard but Sethliko is keeping the position.

Sethliko seems keen to control Guy's posture.

Sethliko throws a nice looking combination but Guy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
The fight stays on the outside here - Guy looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Guy shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Guy is trying to control the action in half guard but Sethliko is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Guy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sethliko swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Guy drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Guy jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Guy has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sethliko is proving hard to escape from.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Sethliko holds on and takes a little breather.

That Guy is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Guy looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
