Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rade Moore!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alexander Kolesnikov!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kolesnikov will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Kolesnikov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Moore counters with a single leg into guard. Kolesnikov didn't expect that.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Moore drops back looking for a leg! Kolesnikov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kolesnikov manages to kick Moore off! Moore jumps back into Kolesnikov's guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kolesnikov can do anything to dispel that myth.
Moore pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kolesnikov is keeping the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Moore preventing the sweep.
Moore trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Moore has gone for a leg lock! Kolesnikov slips out almost immediately though and dives into Moore's guard.
Kolesnikov works over Moore with some ground and pound from guard.
Kolesnikov makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Moore really is a fat lump.
Moore looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Kolesnikov with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
It looks like Rade Moore has been cut.
Kolesnikov is in close to Moore's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Moore looking for a guillotine here but Kolesnikov defends easily.
Moore has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kolesnikov can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Kolesnikov is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Moore is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Moore is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kolesnikov is aware though and is defending well.
Kolesnikov pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Moore is keeping the position for now.
Kolesnikov thows a big elbow that misses.
Moore escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kolesnikov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kolesnikov with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Moore is rocked!
Moore throws his legs up looking for a submission but Kolesnikov uses it to pass to side control.
Oh Moore is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kolesnikov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Moore. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kolesnikov lands a big elbow and you can see that really hurt Moore! Kolesnikov senses the opportunity and scores with more strikes - he's put Moore out! The ref tackles him out of the way to prevent him landing more strikes - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Alexander Kolesnikov!
