Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Franco Zola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harold Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Howard has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Franco Zola!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Harold Howard!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howard moves in looking to clinch but Zola pushes him off.
Zola shoots in for a takedown but Howard shows good takedown defense.
Howard throws a body punch but Zola moves out of range.
Howard throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Howard fails in his attempt to clinch.
Zola fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Howard misses the body punch
and Zola holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Zola is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Howard pulls him back up using the underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Franco Zola. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Howard lands a left hand that snaps the head of Zola backwards.
Howard lands a body punch in the clinch.
Howard looks gassed!
Zola is trying to drag Howard to the mat but Howard just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Howard lands a shoulder strike.
Zola wants a takedown but no success here.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Howard has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Howard wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Zola has him pressed against the cage.
Howard gets underhooks to prevent Zola's takedown attempt.
Zola ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Zola no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Howard wanted to stand there but Zola had control of the position.
Howard wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Zola's closed guard. He's half up but Zola has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Zola pivots and extends the arm, Howard falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Zola! Well done that man!
