Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brad Chesterton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roy Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Brad Chesterton has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Brad Chesterton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Roy Jones!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Glass and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chesterton shoots for a double leg takedown but Jones sprawls well. He's pushed Chesterton's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Jones darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Jones trying to control from Chesterton's half guard. Chesterton has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
Jones cracks Chesterton with a solid left hand.
Jones wants to control from the top but Chesterton keeps moving.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Jones shoots in looking for a takedown. Chesterton tries to sprawl out of it but Jones keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Chesterton manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Chesterton is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Chesterton shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jones but Jones pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Chesterton tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Chesterton to the ground. Chesterton escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Jones throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Chesterton's waist but Chesterton gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jones off to one side.
Brad Chesterton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roy Jones.

Chesterton throws a sloppy head kick and Jones moves out of range easily.
Chesterton uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jones.
Chesterton shoots in looking for a takedown but Jones manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Chesterton's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Jones shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Chesterton sprawls well. Chesterton wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jones gets slowly back to his feet.

Chesterton leaves Jones with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Jones gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Chesterton.
Jones effectively controlling the action here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Jones jumps guard and drags Chesterton to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Chesterton sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
