Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Panch Villa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwayne Moon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Villa might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Pancho Villa. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Dwayne Moon was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moon misses the shot to the body. Dwayne Moon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Moon takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Moon is looking to clinch but Villa is avoiding it.
Moon will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Moon misses with a combination
and Villa counters with a body kick that stops Moon in his tracks momentarily. Moon tries to clinch but fails miserably and Villa counters with a lovely straight right hand! Moon tries to clinch letting Villa counter with a right hand. Moon swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Villa counters with a one-two to the body. Moon shoots for a takedown but Villa saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Villa scores with a kick to the body.
Sloppy strikes from Moon. Those never looked like landing. Moon looks gassed! Moon shoots in for a takedown but Villa shows good takedown defense. Villa throws a leg kick which misses Moon's front leg but catches the back leg as Moon tries to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Villa lands with a kick to the temple. Moon shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Moon ducks right into an uppercut from Villa. Villa thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Moon if he has to take too many more of those.
Panch Villa is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Villa misses with a jab, cross combination.
Moon on the wrong end of a nice jab. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Villa!
Moon takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Villa lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Villa lands a slapping body shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Moon tries to clinch up and Villa counters with a left and a right that stings Moon.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Villa scores with a leg kick.
Moon gets a double leg takedown into Villa's guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Villa is pulling down on Moon's head to control his posture. Moon pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Villa is keeping the position for now. Villa controlling the position. Villa keeping moving, preventing Moon from controlling successfully.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Horrible takedown by Moon or perhaps it was just good defense by Villa which made him look bad. Panch Villa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dwayne Moon. Villa throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Moon.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moon tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Villa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Moon throws a right hand that misses
and Villa counters with a nice low kick that buckles Moon's knee momentarily. A nice combination there by Villa.
Moon throws a poor cross that misses
and Villa counters with a lovely shot to the body. Moon looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Moon tries to clinch but fails miserably and Villa counters with a nice body kick. Moon throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Villa's waist but Villa gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Moon off to one side. Villa misses with a wild combination.
Moon throws a combination that misses and Villa counters with a one-two to the body. Villa plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! A right-left combo lands from Villa. Villa really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Moon takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Moon fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Villa's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Villa duly obliges. Villa looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Moon walks into a straight right hand from Villa. A nice combination there by Villa.
Moon takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Moon is rocked! Moon throws a lazy uppercut
and Villa counters with a solid body kick. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Moon has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Villa. A good leg kick by Villa. Moon has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Villa. Villa scores with a kick to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Panch Villa dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Moon takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Moon throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Villa counters with a nice uppercut. Villa moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Villa showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Moon.
Villa works over Moon's head and body with a nice combination. Moon tries to clinch and Villa counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Villa lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Moon is still on wobbly legs! Can Villa finish him? Moon is breathing heavily. Villa connects with a body shot that sends Moon's belly button to the back. Moon seems to have recovered his senses. Villa lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Moon backs up against the cage.
Moon misses with a body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters circle, before Villa throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Moon's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Villa lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
