Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brian Childs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay McCoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Childs comes to the cage accompanied by Bat out of hell. McCoy is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Kill Everyone Now. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brian Childs! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
18 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jay McCoy! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Winston Howard and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice body punch from Childs. Childs explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Childs fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and McCoy has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Childs looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Childs scores with a nice strike. Nice defenses there by Childs. McCoy scores with a jab to the body. Childs is looking to land body kicks. McCoy keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
McCoy blocks a low kick nicely. Childs ducks under a wild hook from McCoy. McCoy sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. McCoy throws a series of strikes that have Childs backpedaling.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Childs clobbers McCoy with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Childs misses with a two punch combination.
McCoy misses with a hook. Childs ducked under it nicely. A combination from McCoy does no damage. Childs uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by McCoy.
McCoy ducks under a wild hook from Childs. McCoy throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Childs stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. A solid leg kick lands there for Childs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Childs lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Childs throws a body kick that misses. Childs lands with a good body shot. McCoy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Childs moves away. McCoy shoots for a takedown but Childs saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Childs ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McCoy moves away. McCoy throws an overhand right that lands on Childs's shoulder, as Childs tries to avoid the shot. McCoy lands a head shot. Childs lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Childs defending well as McCoy loads up on a big left hand. Childs throws a shot from downtown. McCoy moves away and avoids it. McCoy closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Childs is rocked! McCoy with a body punch. A glancing blow. Oh Childs is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! McCoy lands with a big right hook that stumbles Childs - he's out on his feet here! McCoy follows up with another monster hook that separates Childs from consciousness! Childs falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! McCoy stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
