The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Starksson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jungle avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Nice defenses there by Jungle.
Starksson throws a series of punches but Jungle avoids them all with ease.
Jungle keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Starksson throws a right and a left that both miss.
Starksson lands a jab-cross combination.
Starksson displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Starksson stuns Jungle with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Starksson's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Starksson duly obliges.

Starksson thows a body shot but no joy.

Starksson closes the distance and clinches.
Starksson content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Jungle goes for a takedown in the clinch but Starksson prevents it.
Starksson lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Jungle backwards.
Jungle is looking to break free of the clinch but Starksson has double underhooks.
Jungle tries to pull guard but Starksson forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Starksson has clasped his hands together around Jungle's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Starksson cracks Jungle with an elbow. That is naaassty.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jungle is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A big shot lands for Starksson! That's hurt Jungle! Will he recover? Starksson fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
