Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kale Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cruz has chosen Welcome to the Jungle as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
A punch lands to the side of Clark 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Clark moves out of range of the strikes.
Cruz shoots in but no luck this time.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Clark.
Clark misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Cruz.
Clark throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Cruz shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Cruz thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Clark tries to lock up and control but Cruz gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Clark wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Cruz.

Cruz wants to control the pace but Clark is squirming around nicely.

Cruz lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Cruz has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Clark suckers Cruz into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Clark is now in Cruz's guard!

Clark will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Cruz can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Clark controls the pace.
Cruz looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Clark puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Clark wants to free his trapped foot but Cruz is holding on for dear life with his legs.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Clark moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Clark on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Clark has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Clark there as he acknowledges the shot.

Cruz clobbers Clark with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

It looks like Kale Cruz has been cut.

Clark throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Cruz on the side of the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Clark ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cruz moves away.

Clark looks to land a combination but Cruz avoids it well.

Clark scores with a hook to the body. Cruz takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Cruz throws a hook to the side of Clark's head but Clark sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Cruz lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

The fighters circle momentarily. Cruz darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Cruz feints a jab promting Clark to slip. Cruz then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Clark slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Clark is rocked!

It looks like Bobby Clark has been cut.

A jab from Cruz misses.
Oh Clark is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cruz cracks Clark with a hook to the temple - Clark is on wobbly legs here! Cruz swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Clark falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Cruz wins by TKO!
