Rasnimov has chosen Roy Jones Jr- Go Hard Or Go Home as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasnimov throws a right hand that misses
and Avila counters with a series of strikes. Rasnimov will be more careful next time no doubt.
Rasnimov stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Rasnimov wants it to stay on the feet.
Avila moves in looking to clinch but Rasnimov pushes him off.

Avila throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rasnimov's waist but Rasnimov gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Avila off to one side.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Avila crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Rasnimov - the referee stops the clock and Avila gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Rasnimov. Avila manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Avila looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Avila rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rasnimov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
