The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Azell takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Venetiaan looks to land a combination. Azell sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Venetiaan throws a left that rocks Azell and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Venetiaan dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Azell regain composure!
Azell is rocked!
Venetiaan is trying to get an arm triangle but Azell is defending well.
Oh Azell is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Venetiaan decides to stand back up.
Azell seems to have got his legs back now.
Venetiaan steps in with a hook that catches Azell right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Venetiaan follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Azell looks absolutely devastated.
