The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie moves forwards but Murutu connects with a nice, crisp jab.

It looks like Jaka Gracie has been cut.
Nice sprawl there from Murutu as Gracie shoots in.
Murutu is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Horrible takedown by Gracie or perhaps it was just good defense by Murutu which made him look bad.
Gracie uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Murutu.

Gracie closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Gracie breaks the clinch.

Murutu tries to keep at a distance but Gracie has taken the fight into the clinch.
Gracie can't get the takedown.

Gracie drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Murutu gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Murutu keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
A punch lands to the side of Gracie 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Gracie tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Murutu loads up on a big right hand but Gracie slips the punch.

Murutu lands a big right hand that sends Gracie crashing to the mat! Murutu stays standing though and waves Gracie back to his feet!

Gracie is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Murutu keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Oh Gracie is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Murutu as he jumps to the side.
Gracie seems to have got his legs back now.
Gracie is breathing heavily.
Gracie wants to clinch up but Murutu keeps it at a distance.
Murutu misses with an uppercut. Gracie saw that one coming.
Gracie tries to clinch but Murutu moves out of range.
Murutu throws out a loose jab but Gracie uses good head movement to avoid it.
Murutu paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
BAM! Murutu delivers a spinning backfist that drops Gracie like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
