Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rico Garza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Baroni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Garza enables Baroni to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Garza manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Garza will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Baroni has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Baroni and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
