Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Richard Burgess (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Theodore Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins has chosen Hitman as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Richard Burgess is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, Daniel Bishop and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burgess tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jenkins paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Burgess closes the distance but Jenkins moves to the side
and Jenkins counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Burgess's guard now.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Richard Burgess.
Jenkins shoots in for a takedown but Burgess shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Burgess shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jenkins pinned against the cage. Jenkins gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jenkins.
Richard Burgess has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Theodore Jenkins.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Burgess shoots in and bounces Jenkins off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Jenkins working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Burgess doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Jenkins is tightening it up a little... Burgess has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Burgess reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Burgess taps out! Nice BJJ there by Jenkins!
