Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hindu Kush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazuya Takeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kazuya Takeda has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takeda moves out of range of the strikes.
A head kick from Takeda lands but Kush takes it in his stride.

Takeda throws a leg kick which misses Kush's front leg but catches the back leg as Kush tries to avoid it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Kush wants to control but Takeda is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Kush manages to get to full guard.

Takeda wants to stand and escape but instead Kush has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Kush stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Takeda swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Kush forces his way into half guard.

Kush is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Takeda doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kush.
Takeda wants to sweep but Kush has passed to side control!

Takeda is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Kush has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Kazuya Takeda showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Takeda can do anything to dispel that myth.

Kush is looking to take a break and control but Takeda is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Kush has control of Takeda's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Takeda regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Kush wants to finish this one by submission but Takeda is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Kush.

Hindu Kush overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
