The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dawg takes a swing at Keates's ribcage but misses.
Dawg misses with a combination
and Keates cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Dawg takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Keates, as that shot connected.

and Keates cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Dawg throws a looping overhand right but Keates ducks down to avoid it.
Keates slips a jab and a cross from Dawg.
Dawg just misses with a punch to the body.
Dawg throws a nice looking combination but Keates bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Keates is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Dawg takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Keates connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Dawg moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Dawg thows a body shot but no joy.
Keates showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dawg.

Dawg is breathing heavily.

Dawg with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Keates to score with a decent uppercut.
Keates ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dawg moves away.

enabling Keates to counter with a crisp jab.

Keates wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Keates works Dawg's body with a nice hook.
Dawg lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Keates circles away quickly and effectively.
Dawg takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Dawg drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Dawg thuds his right hand into Keates's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Keates scores with a jab.
Keates works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Dawg walks into a left hand.
T Dawg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dawg is rocked!
Keates lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Oh Dawg is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Dawg swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Keates lands a glancing blow to the side of Dawg's head.
Keates circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Dawg to the canvas! Dawg doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Keates keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
