Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skaar fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jou staying out of range there.
Skaar throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Jou counters with a good low kick that Skaar was not able to check.
Jou has managed to clinch.
Jou lands a right hand that snaps the head of Skaar backwards.
Skaar trying to control the position but instead, Jou has worked for underhooks and has pushed Skaar into the cage.
Skaar misses with a punch to the body.
Skaar takes a knee to the side of the body.
Skaar looks gassed!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jou lands a hook that snaps the head of Skaar backwards.
Jou lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
It looks like John Skaar has been cut.
Jou with a knee to the head.
Jou lands a big knee to the head and Skaar goes down! Jou is looking to finish!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Jou throws an elbow but Skaar slips to the side and avoids it well.
Jou has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Jou fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Jou cracks Skaar with an elbow. That is naaassty.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jou scores with a couple of short elbows.
Skaar is rocked!
Jou lands a big left to the face of Skaar, bouncing his head like a basketball. Another shot from Jou and another - Skaar is out! Jou stands up and salutes his fans, who are going crazy in the stands.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Funk Jou!
