Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sean Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timmy Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Timmy Turner will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Sean Thompson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Timmy Turner!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Turner throws the left hand but Thompson avoids the punch easily.
Thompson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Turner was covering up waiting for the punch and Thompson finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Turner wants to stand up but Thompson is controlling him.
Turner tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Thompson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Turner swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Thompson in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Thompson advances to half guard.
Thompson decides to return to a standing position.
Thompson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Turner swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Thompson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sloppy strikes from Thompson. Those never looked like landing.

Thompson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Turner gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Thompson counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Turner is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Thompson darts in and clinches Turner up against the ropes.
Thompson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Turner tries for a takedown but Thompson circles away easily
and Thompson counters with a series of strikes. Turner will be more careful next time no doubt.

and Thompson counters with a nice low kick that buckles Turner's knee momentarily.
Sean Thompson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Timmy Turner.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Thompson works to advance to full mount. Turner defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Turner is in a horrible position here. Thompson smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Turner is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

and Turner counters with a head kick. That will keep Thompson thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Timmy Turner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turner doesn't manage to clinch there - Thompson circles away.

and Thompson counters with an inside leg kick.

and Thompson counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Turner's guard now.

Turner is looking to regain half guard here but Thompson keeps moving and retains side control.
Thompson lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Turner down.
