Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jake Runner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeffory Cole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jake Runner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jeffory Cole! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Runner shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cole pinned against the cage. Cole gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Cole looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Cole wants to stand but Runner has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Runner looking to control.
Runner is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Cole is controlling him. Runner isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Cole stacks Runner on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Cole! Runner stops Cole from passing to mount. Runner is trying to control Cole's posture but Cole avoids it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Runner manages to work his way to half guard, despite Cole's best efforts. Cole should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Runner wants to sweep but Cole has passed to side control! Runner is trying to get back to half guard. Runner is working hard here to advance position. Runner is letting Cole control him for a moment. Runner tries to bench press Cole off him but Cole keeps the position. Runner can't do much from the bottom here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Runner shoots and misses and Cole counters with a nice double leg into guard. Cole looks gassed! Runner working for a triangle but Cole defends it easily.
Runner wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Runner looking to control.
Cole slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Runner. Cole prevents Runner from improving his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cole stands up from half guard. Runner shoots and misses and Cole counters into the clinch. Nicely done. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jake Runner. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cole scores with an uppercut up the middle. Cole lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Runner is striking from the bottom but he's now found himself mounted! Oh dear - not enough focus on defense there.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Runner is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Runner is trying to escape the mount.
Runner wants to control but Cole is having none of it. Cole tries to control but Runner wriggling away. Runner tries to hold on but Cole pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Runner gets back to half guard. Runner looking for submissions off his back. Runner wants to control but Cole is keeping busy and won't allow it. Runner moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Runner tries to land a sweep but no joy. Runner is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Cole trying to control but Runner is working from the bottom. Runner has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Cole should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Runner has tightened it up now! Cole should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
