Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Robbie McStar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kane comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Gang of Four - I love a Man in Uniform kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
McStar fails to land the takedown.
McStar ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kane moves away.

McStar closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kane quickly recovers to half guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Kane tries to roll over but McStar keeps him under control.
McStar is thwarting Kane's attempts to control the position.
Kane manages to get to full guard.
Kane bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in McStar's guard.
Kane trying to control the position from guard on top but McStar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

McStar knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kane on the ground.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Tommy Kane wasn't active enough on the ground.
McStar displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kane throws out the jab.

Kane shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kane showed some decent athleticism there.

Kane is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and McStar defends it well.

McStar is trying to control but can't.
Kane is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for McStar!
McStar is looking to improve his position but Kane isn't that keen on the idea.
Kane trying to control but he's not successful this time.
McStar reaches up to try and control the position but Kane seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! McStar rolls and tries to escape and now Kane has his back!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kane throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage.

Kane sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! McStar taps out!
