Sampras comes to the cage accompanied by Satisfaction. The crowd seem to be enjoying Frazier's choice of entrance music: James Brown - Living In America. Peter Sampras has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frazier throws an off balance right hand
and Sampras counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Frazier throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Frazier moves into range and clinches up with Sampras.
Sampras is trying to push Frazier away but Frazier has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Sampras wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Frazier pushes Sampras back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Frazier goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Still in the clinch, Frazier scores with a nice short uppercut.

It looks like Peter Sampras has been cut.
Sampras goes for a takedown attempt but Frazier pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Frazier throws a right and a left that Sampras avoids nicely.
Frazier throws a good cross that connects.

Sampras tries to clinch but Frazier moves out of range.

Frazier throws out a loose jab but Sampras uses good head movement to avoid it.
Sampras is looking to clinch but Frazier is avoiding it.
Peter Sampras seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Frazier has taken the fight to the clinch.

Sampras tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Sampras jumps guard but Frazier stands there with Sampras around his waist. Sampras gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Sampras tries for a takedown but Frazier manages to get underhooks.

Frazier drops Sampras onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Sampras is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
