Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Juan Dimagiba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Hotch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hotch shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dimagiba napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Hotch is trying to ground and pound but Dimagiba uses the momentary lack of control by Hotch to regain half guard.
Dimagiba is controlling Hotch's trapped leg to prevent Hotch from advancing to side control.

That was a close round but I would say that Juan Dimagiba will probably get the nod.

Juan Dimagiba decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
