The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pedzich looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Edwards is fending him off so far but Pedzich persists. Nope, Edwards circles away and we're back to standing.
Pedzich fails with a takedown attempt.

Edwards shoots in and bounces Pedzich off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
