Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jacks Sole! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Robert Buddy! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Donatello Bradman and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Buddy circles away from the clinch attempt and Buddy counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Buddy looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Sole is controlling Buddy's position as best he can from this difficult position. Sole is looking for a sweep. Buddy is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Buddy is taking a breather. Sole says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Sole trying to control from the bottom.
Sole wants to improve his position but Buddy is controlling well.
Buddy missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Buddy wants to control but Sole is keeping him busy.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Sole takes a jab right on the kisser.

Sole tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Buddy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Buddy loads up on a big right hand but Sole slips the punch. Buddy scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Sole slips a jab from Buddy. Buddy is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Sole had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Buddy shoots in looking for a takedown. Sole tries to sprawl out of it but Buddy keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sole manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Buddy checks a leg kick. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! A jab from Buddy misses. Sole is looking to take this fight into the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sole wants to clinch up but Buddy keeps it at a distance. Sole throws out a loose jab but Buddy uses good head movement to avoid it. Buddy moves away from the strike by Sole. Buddy misses with a double jab.
Sole tries to close the distance and clinch up but Buddy swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sole drops his hands momentarily and Buddy takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. A thudding body kick lands there by Sole!

Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Sole screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 5, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jacks Sole! Jacks Sole retains his heavyweight title! Jacks Sole really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that -OVERDOSE Factory- logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
