Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Juno Alaska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luiz Anderton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Luiz Anderton has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Juno Alaska's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Juno Alaska! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Luiz Anderton! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, John Mangel and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alaska misses with a head kick.
Anderton tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Alaska throws a head kick that misses. Alaska is breathing heavily. Anderton takes one on the button. Anderton shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Alaska is working an open guard so Anderton takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Anderton is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Alaska. Anderton moves into the clinch successfully.
Alaska prevents Anderton from breaking the clinch. Anderton is trying to push Alaska away but Alaska has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Alaska is fighting off a takedown attempt but Anderton is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Alaska to the mat. Alaska regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Alaska working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Anderton. Anderton engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Anderton gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Anderton gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Anderton misses with a hook to the ribs.
Anderton wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Alaska has him pressed against the cage. Anderton has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Alaska is trying to keep an underhook but Anderton manages to get the takedown into half guard. Still in half guard, Anderton seems content to control. Anderton is trying for a kimura here. Alaska looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Anderton wins by kimura!
