The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Butler drops Pink with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Pink looks back up at him and smiles so Butler waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Pink is rocked!
Pink looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Butler darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Pink's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Butler before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Gerry Butler!
