Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jack Hammar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royler Bot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hammar comes to the cage accompanied by You are a douche. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Jack Hammar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Royler Bot!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammar tries to clinch but Bot moves out of range.
Bot pivots, looking for a leg kick but Hammar is out of range and Bot settles back down.
Bot wants to land a leg kick but Hammar is out of range.
Hammar shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bot takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Bot drives through with a takedown into guard.
Bot chips away with some ground and pound.
Bot working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Bot working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Hammar's head.

Hammar is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bot is aware though and is defending well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Bot's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Hammar will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Bot working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Hammar wants to get back to full guard.

Bot is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hammar doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bot.

Hammar tries to improve position but can't.
Bot connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Hammar some visible discomfort.
Hammar takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Hammar tries to buck Bot off but Bot is having none of it.
Bot scores with a couple of short elbows.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Hammar is looking to regain half guard here but Bot keeps moving and retains side control.
Bot in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hammar knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bot on the ground.
Hammar is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Bot off and has taken his back!
Hammar lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

Hammar working for a choke but Bot is defending well.
Hammar is breathing heavily.
Hammar doesn't have the hooks in and Bot manages to turn into his guard.
Bot has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Bot is working Hammar over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Hammar has momentary wrist control but Bot slips an elbow through the middle.

Hammar is rocked!

Hammar has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bot can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Oh Hammar is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bot scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Hammar throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Bot escapes and throws Hammar's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Bot lands a nice forearm strike.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bot in side control lands a decent elbow.
Bot lands a few punches from side control.

Bot is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Hammar is trying to escape and Bot transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Hammar is forced to tap! Nice work there by Bot! Very nice indeed!
