PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Josh Bolda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Cady (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bolda comes to the cage accompanied by Fett's Vette. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Cady catches Bolda right on the button with a cross.
Cady lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Bolda bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Bolda closes the distance looking to clinch
and Cady counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Bolda shoots and misses
and Cady connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Bolda tries to clinch but Cady moves out of range.
Bolda tries to clinch up but Cady circles away and keeps his distance.
Bolda on the wrong end of a nice jab.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cady throws a right and a left that both miss.
Cady scores with a one two! Bolda had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Max Cady seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Cady makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Oh Bolda is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bolda is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bolda dodges the punch combination from Cady.
Bolda seems to have got his legs back now.
Cady cracks Bolda with a hook to the temple - Bolda is on wobbly legs here! Cady swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Bolda falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Cady wins by TKO!
