Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Vo Nguyen Giap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cesar Guevara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Guevara's choice of entrance music: Chrispy - Inspector Gadget Dubstep. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Giap avoids a punch combination nicely.

Giap has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Giap crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Guevara - the referee stops the clock and Giap gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Guevara. Giap manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Vo Nguyen Giap.
