Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Michael Scheisse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drago Kozlov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kozlov comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Back in the USSR kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

20 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Drago Kozlov!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A cross from Scheisse lands.
Scheisse moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Scheisse blocks a jab.
Scheisse jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Scheisse throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Scheisse looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Kozlov throws a low kick, looking for Scheisse's leg but Scheisse calmly moves out of range.
Kozlov attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Kozlov is looking to clinch but Scheisse is avoiding it.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Scheisse checks a leg kick.
Kozlov buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Scheisse throws a wild body kick that Kozlov sees coming a mile off.
Scheisse tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Kozlov is able to avoid easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Scheisse leaves Kozlov with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Scheisse throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Drago Kozlov has been cut.
Scheisse fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kozlov has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Scheisse thuds his shin into the meat of Kozlov's side.
Scheisse tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Scheisse throws a leg kick
enabling Kozlov to counter with a crisp jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Scheisse fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Kozlov to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Kozlov looks to clinch but Scheisse throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Kozlov taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Michael Scheisse!
