Apollo throws a series of punches but McDonald moves out of range.
McDonald throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
McDonald connects with a body shot that sends Apollo's belly button to the back.

Morris McDonald showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Apollo's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
McDonald thows a body shot but no joy.
Apollo misses with a kick to the body.
McDonald changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Apollo tries to avoid it but McDonald manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Apollo to the ground. Apollo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
McDonald attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Apollo connects with an inside leg kick.
McDonald misses the body punch
and Apollo counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. McDonald is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Apollo, as that shot connected.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Apollo cracks the inside of McDonald's front leg.
Apollo works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
McDonald takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Apollo cracks McDonald with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends McDonald tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Apollo pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! McDonald is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ryan Apollo!
